Recipe: Creamy Spicy Chicken Pasta

Penne pasta cooked in a creamy cheesy spicy sauce mixed with fried peppers, mushrooms and onions.


Ingredients:

  • 500g cooked chicken tikka (shredded)

  • Oil 2 tbs

  • Garlic chopped 1 & ½ tbs

  • Ginger chopped 1 tbs

  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 Cup

  • Chilli sauce 4 tbs

  • Soy sauce 4 tbs

  • Black pepper 1 tsp

  • Salt to taste

  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • Water as required

  • 2 sliced onions

  • 2 sliced bell peppers

  • Penne pasta 300g (boiled as per pack’s instruction)

  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise

  • Cheese as required


Method:

1) In a wok,add oil,garlic,ginger and mix well for a minute.

2) Add tomato ketchup,chilli sauce,soy sauce,black pepper,salt,red chilli and mix well.

3) Add water and mix well.

4) Add fried onion, bell peppers, mushrooms and cooked chicken and mix well.

5) Add mayonnaise and cheese and mix well.

6) Now add boiled penne pasta and give it a good mix.

7) Garnish & serve!
